About FlowDocs
An independent check for shipment documents.
FlowDocs is an independent software product for freight shipment documents. It checks the commercial invoice against the packing list on order reference, consignee, packages and gross weight, and confirms the bill of lading or air waybill is in the shipment pack, for freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Who runs FlowDocs.
FlowDocs is operated by a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. Every free 3-pack check is reviewed by hand by the founder before the report goes back.
Our terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Where your shipment documents go.
Documents are stored in Frankfurt and processed on servers in Germany. Scans are read by Mistral and document text by OpenAI, both as our processors; neither uses your documents to train AI models. Documents stay until you delete them, and deleted documents are purged after 60 days. How FlowDocs handles data.

FlowDocs (flowdocs.dev) is not affiliated with flowDOCS Software GmbH or any other company with a similar name. It is a separate product, for commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.

Send the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill for 3 recent shipments. We review every result by hand and email you the report within 24 hours. No CargoWise, TMS or ERP access is required.
You can delete or paste over the names, values and routes first — FlowDocs still reads whatever is left. Use a tool that removes the text rather than a black box drawn on top: a drawn box hides it from you, not from a parser.
